VoxCallMe Dialplan?

Can I send calls initiated from my web page through a different dialplan? I just want to be able to restrict the numbers that initiate the callback to landlines and not mobiles. Any ideas?

The best thing to do is to create another VoXaLot account to use with VoXCallMe. That way you can create a custom dial plan for your VoXCallMe button as well as create custom call forwarding rules.

Tony.

Thanks that'll do the trick. I guess yet one more Voip account won't hurt.

Set up a new account but when I switched the button over my phone no longer rings. I am only registering my ATA to my original Voxalot account. How do I call forward the new account to my ATA. I tried forwarding the new account number to my Voip DID but it doesn't work? I guess I have got the pattern wrong or something?
Cheers.

Setup a call forwarding rule within the new account:

Inbound CID Pattern: <leave empty>
Day: Every
Start Time: <leave empty>
End Time: <leave empty>

Forward To: Number
Number: *010xxxxxx via [Dial Plan]

Where xxxxxx is the VoXaLot account that the phone is registered to.

Sorry, getting there slowly.
Do I have to add a dialplan entry routing all *010. to Voxalot?
SInce I am using eu server must it be *031 or could either work?

No, system numbers like *500, *600 and numbers beginning with *010, *031 and *061 are automatically handled by the VoXaLot engine.

Just add the call forwarding record. Nothing more is required.

BTW - *010, *031 and *061 will all reach the same destination.

Thanks, Martin. It is all setup but still not forwarding. I registered both accounts on two lines and the callback is now working fine but still going to the new account. Does it take time for the forwarding request to start working. How can I test the forwarding rule?

Ok, as a test try changing the forwarding rule to:

Inbound CID Pattern: <leave empty>
Day: Every
Start Time: <leave empty>
End Time: <leave empty>

Forward To: Number
Number: *010xxxxxx via SIP Broker

Where xxxxxx is the VoXaLot account that the phone is registered to.

Thanks, but I don't have the option of selecting Sip Broker in the Call Forward 'via' selection box. How do I invoke that?
