webcall / mobile call not working
 
Hi!

I have been using the mobile web call and it worked fine.

However, since about 1 week ago, it is not working any more and I tried using webcall today and it is also not functioning.

I initiated a call to my French landline, using voipcheap.com and on all occasions it said it is busy when it is not. But I was able to use SJPhone to call the same number without any problem.

Also, I was able to initiate calls from the voipcheap.com site directly.

Please help. I became a premium member solely for the reason of mobile webcall.

There seem to be some issues with use of Betamax brands with Voxalot and the moment, which you can read about on other threads, but as a precis:

Betamax calls don't seem to work using the eu.voxalot server, but have been ok so far with us.voxalot

Although Voxalot are sending the same header/IP info to Betamax, it seems like Betamax have introduced a restriction, whether deliberately or inadvertently nobody knows yet

Try swapping to the us server, and have you tried other VoIP providers with Voxalot's mobile callback?

Hi,
in your profile change preffered server to US server and then try webcallback. I think then it will work. Busy tone you are getting due to problem of EU server with BetaMax.
