Virtual Toll Free not working
My Virtual Toll Free gets stuck at the bit where it calls my 6 digit user ID XXXXXX. So I tried WebCallBack to *010XXXXXX and it doesn't go through either. Dialling one of my incoming providers works though, so my account is functioning properly otherwise. I have call forwarding activated. Does VTF not work with CF?
EDIT: If I disable call forwarding it works. I'm sure it used to work OK with call forwarding. Has something changed? |
OK, sussed it out - it's only with Betamax that it doesn't work - I can live with that - I'll just use a dial plan to direct VTF calls using another provider. Presumably it's a problem with IP forwarding like before.
