User not Activated

I have an account with Voxalot which I have used many a times in the past. When I try to log in today, I get the error that 'User Not Activated'.

Account # 411669

Any help will be appreciated.

The number 411669 is definitely active, as calling the number goes to voicemail.
Can you please retry to log in?
