Difficulty logging in
 

I am have no success at all logging into my account from the main page ---> Log in / create account - Voxalot FAQ .

I set up the premium account just last night.

I can get into my account through the "back door" by clicking on my confirmation email which I received when I set up the account. But not by going in the "front door".

It asks for "user name" and then "password".

For "user name" I have tried about everything on my Account Summary confirmation email with no success.

And of course without a proper user name you can't get a password reset return email.

So I have to conclude that my userid is somehow become corrupt or perhaps I am just too stupid to figure out what is expected when asked for "username".

My userid id is 403239 and even that doesn't work as "user name".

Any help would be appreciated!
