Weird ringing tone problem

Here's the problem. I have an 3 mobile and I have a DID that I've requested SIPME to route to Voxalot (which has been done and works fine). I also have a AstraTEL DID which is not routed directly to Voxalot but I've used the new registration service in Voxalot to get calls from this DID as well.

So, the problem is thus:

Call AstraTEL DID from landline at work (I hear ringing tone and call at home can be answered)

Call AstraTEL DID from my 3 mobile (I hear ringing tone and call at home can be answered)

Call SIPME DID from landline at work (I hear ringing tone and call at home can be answered)

Call SIPME DID from my 3 mobile (I DON'T hear ringing tone but call at home can be answered)

Why can't I get a ringing tone on my 3 mobile when I call my SIPME DID?

If you register your ATA with SIPME, does the same thing occur?
