Incoming calls not coming through
I have a DID directed to eu.voxalot.com and it usually works no problem. Today I had a call and the caller rang 3 times. First time my phone did not ring but they got the ringing tone. 2nd time - phone rang but cut off when I answered it and 3rd time it worked. My DID statistics shows the 1st call as unanswered, 2nd call 0:00s unknown and third call answered. Not noticed this before and it could be a one off. Any ideas or does it just happen sometimes when using voip?
I am using a PAP2 and WRT54GL with DD-WRT v23 |
We had a scheduled maintenance today to deploy a new web server. The telephony servers had to be restarted.
I suspect this may have been the cause. Keep an eye on it and let us know if the problem persists. We apologise to this interruption to your service. |

is this already fix? its still the same for me.it goes straight to my vm :o

I agree that it was likely it was the reboot disturbing my ATA registration that caused the problem. Calls are coming through fine now for me on the european cluster.

so i guess i have to wait longer for the US cluster to kick in

Call forwarding not working....at all
Martin,
Thanks for the help, I am getting DID calls from DIDWW and calls between Voxalot to voxalot can be made. But still problem, DID calls can not be forwarded to any Voxalot user by Sipbroker and or any other VOIP provider like (callcentric). System was Ok and was working smoothly before scheduled maintenance. |
