Suggestion:Custom Webcallback Button
 

It would be worth upgrading to premium services if one could customize the web callback button to their own graphics or at least something other than voxalot.

There is a new product coming soon which allows members to brand their own virtual toll free button.

This product however is not part of premium and will be made available separately.

Can you remove the "Powered by Voxalot?"

Yours must be their older version, their newer version is flash based and gives you updates as to the status of the call.

Yes this is the old version.

I think not. It is in http://www.voxalot.com/javascript/voxcallme.js. There you can delete it, but I think this script will only work on Voxalot server.
(If not, maybe somebody can confirm.)

You are better off using the new version as it does allow you to edit the text from the web interface.

As Tony mentions, we will shortly be releasing a premium version of virtual toll free that also allows members to change the branding and links.

Virtual Toll Free Branding
 

Hi,

Finally, virtual toll free branding is available. However, taking into account webcallback providers in the market, annual fee of 300 USD (25 USD monthly) seems not competitively priced. Set up fee for "branded" webcallback button is around 100 USD (paid only once) +plus call charges from other providers. Since virtual toll free branding is just an add on feature of Voxalot (can be configured for other VSPs), annual fee of around the same price would bring more interested businesses.

I think it's expensive.
Just to modify the ugly actual layout and bad colours of the button.
I just want to reduce the button, modify the colours, and remove the "call us for free" to put 'cll me for free"...
For customers who have been with voxalot since the beginning and took the premium account when it was not free anymore, making them pay more than one hundred dollars to change ther layout of a button is a lack of respect for those who have supported voxalot.

Very very big deception here.

I have no idea how difficult all this is to implement, but would it be possible to allow residential customers to make some minor modifications (personalisation), as suggested above, to the Virtual Tollfree button without charging an extra fee? Would that be an expensive exercise for Voxalot?

People who are going to use it for business purposes should still have to pay, of course. Where I can see a problem for the Voxalot team is in checking whether this would not be abused, as people might still sneak in their brand name on the residential version.

Anyway, it's just an idea.

@ VoXalot team & Members: sorry guys but i'm done with with all those nasty persons who just open their mouth to say horrible things about a service they used for free for a long time and a service that now give them the choice to have their own brand on the button.
When all of us upgrated or were told of the upgrade, no one complained of the "ugly actual layout" of the buttons.
Now that it is said that it's a paid service, some "intelligent people" make their coming out...Damned!
