Linksys PAP2 Call Features
 
I was reading a thread about the various call features being offered by various ATA's. I note that the *500 call feature gives rise to voicemail, although when I dial it, I get a response "password" but I have no idea what password they are referring to! Nonetheless, can anyone let me know what other call features are available on the pap2 and how to use them. My pap2 came without any manual?

For information, I use voipdiscount for outgoing and sipgate for incoming all via voxalot.

Try 9999 for the password .

Thanks for this, I will try it later. Any idea about the other features? I thought I read somewhere that particular features like voicemail, call waiting etc are all dependent on the voip provider and whether you ATA caters for that facility. I think the PAP2 may do but not sure whether Voipdiscount offers these facilities.

Login to your Voxalot Home page, click on Voicemail at the right hand side of the page, then type in an easy to remember voicemail password of your choice. The next time you dial *500, you will know what to enter when asked to enter your password. :)
