Length of voicemail messages, in and out

I'm a very new Premium member.

When I check messages the system cuts the caller off after about 11 seconds of speaking.This is about 25seconds after the call is answered by the system. Not helpful.

In an earlier thread ('09 or '10) a moderator advised that 300 seconds was available for messages.I took him to mean for each of outgoing or incoming, but that would be adequate for the whole process in most cases.

I can't find any steps available for changing settings when I listen to that god-awful automated voice system.Nor is it addressed in the tutorials etc.

Help. please??

Problem now compounded by a shortening of the available recording time and caller then gets 3 ring tones followed by a voice from who knows where sying number unavailable.Have to flick Voxalot, regrettably, and revert to phone with voicemail.
