No incoming calls in voxalot number
 

Hello, I cannot receive calls in my voxalot number from other voxalot's users.
I can make calls correctly.

I have changed proxy, but not working.

The community needs more data to help you.

Are you behind a router? Are you using an external SIP device like an ATA or an IP phone, or a softphone on your computer? Did you configure it to use STUN? etc.

If all else fails, hard reset the device (if applicable) and re-enter the settings.

And additionally:
- do you see your SIP software or device registered? http://voxalot.com/action/deviceRegistrations
- are you sure that other users are calling you in the right way?
