spa3102 voxalot help
 
Hi,

I am using a 3102 from Engin and have registered an account with voxalot, I setup voxalot as gw1 and update the dial plan. However, the when dial *600 or * 500 only getting busy tone(I think).

Gateway 1: 2xxxxx@au.voxalot.com GW1 NAT Mapping Enable: NO
GW1 Auth ID: 2xxxxx GW1 Password: xxxxxxxxxxx

dial plan added:

<#1,:>[x*][x*].<:@gw1>

Can any one suggest what can be the problem?

Well...it looks like everything is fine and should be working....

-Check over your registration details
-If you can, with your current Dial Plan. try calling a normal VoXalot Number (eg. ****** you'll get VoiceMail if everything works)
-Try this dial plan with *600 (for testing purposes only as it will only support * strings) *xx. ---If this works than at least you know it's just not very happy with the dial plan

Is the 3102 "locked" to Engin

Engine gave me the admin password and I can change all setting. I would think it is not locked.

How do you check if it was locked?

BTW, it seems that the admin password changed back to original one that was given by Engin every day. Is this normal?

You probably need to change the password AND stop the automatic configuration downloads from Engin.
