3CX connecting to Voxalot problems
I am attempting to get a 3CX system to connect to Voxalot. I can get incoming calls to work but all outgoing calls fail. There appears to be a call request going out but even if I dial a valid Voxalot number no connection appears to occur.
Has anybody got a 3CX System to work correctly in both directions with Voxalot. I suspect that it may be to do with the options that need to be set in the cofiguration for outgoing calls but I have tried serveral of them and nothing helps. Anybody got a suggestion how I can resolve the problem .....please :confused: |
