Does Voxalot Support Assisted or Blind Transfer
Hi
I was just wondering if Voxalot support transfering a call made or received on one Voxalot account to another. I'm using an SPA-1001 and I tried, pressing "Flash", then *98, then number of the 2nd Voxalot account and it does not work. Can it be done? Is there a list of * (ie: *67, *79, etc.) services Voxalot supports? Thanks Richard |
So is there anyway of achieving such transfers with Voxalot?

Have you tried *089*010 2nd-voxalot-number ?

Okay, I found out that the reason the * (Vertical Service Activation Codes on the SPA) wasn't working was because they were being overridden by my SPA dial-plan. I've now fixed that, but so far I'm short of extensions to test the blind transfer very well. Also, I'm betting that all service providers in the call must support the service. ie: If the call came in via a DIDWW DID, then they must support blind transfer. Similarily if the outbound leg is through VoipBuster, they must also support the blind transfer for it to work. Am I right? I'm hoping to test transfering a Voxalot call to me (on Voxalot) to a third voxalot extension and see if it works. Once I do, I'll update the group. Thanks for your help so far Richard |
Hi Richard,
Did you managem to find a way for doing a Assisted Transfer to another extension? If yes, please let us know. Thanks Hammad |

I never got assisted or blind transfers to work with Voxalot. I could conference in someone, but I could hand-over the call. I think such is not supported by Voxalot. I was able to do it with a locally installed VPBX such as 3CX for instance, but not Voxalot. Richard |
