sorry your call cannot be connected

I get message your call cannot be connected on id 988863 ,
when i use call back i get message call blocked . we use voxalot to connect all our offices .please help

we are not reselling your services , we using them for our routings . We already have one paid account , and would not mind paying for other accounts, We would like to have 15 paid accounts and 10 unpaid ( non sip register accounts ), let us know how we can talk in pm

please follow it up
Also, 988863 is alread paid account , with my ip call forwarding setup , please get that unblocked and help me us resolve issue through your payments department so we can get ahead.
