Incoming calls do not function in Voxalot Premiun
 
olá Martin,

I am having problems more than the 15 days with my supplier that use for incoming call, when I receive linking I do not listen to the person who is saying with me but the person me listening, this only happens when register my supplier with Voxalot Premiun, this did not occur the 15 a few days ago functioned perfectly, believed that the problem elapsed of the alterations made in voxalot beginner's all-purpose symbolic instruction code for voxalot premiun, where now I came to make one upgrad for version premiun but the problem persists… For vocês information:

My supplier - Vono (Brazil)

Some solution! This this only happening when register using Voxalot! When direct register for the Act DOES NOT OCCUR AND ALSO WHEN REGISTER IN PBXES TAMBEM DOES NOT OCCUR THIS BUG….aid SINCE the PROBLEM ALONE OCCURS WITH VOXALOT…

Hello,

You have "Optimize Audio Path*" set to Yes yet your "Symmetric NAT Handling" on Member Details is set to "Yes"

Either:

Change "Optimize Audio Path*" set to No

*OR*

Change "Symmetric NAT Handling" on Member Details is set to "No"

Would it be possible to modify this feature such the the "Optimize Audio Path" field is only active
if the "Symmetric NAT Handling" field is set to "No" ?
(Unless there is some other reason that these should be independent fields).

it will affect all providers accross the board. in this way we can do it per provider basis.

A warning might be the answer for now. At this stage we don't want to restrict anything (even though in some cases it breaks stuff) until we see the full impact over time.

Symmetric NAT Handling. If unsure set to 'Yes' - This is on the Member details page and affects all providers.

Optimize Audio Path - This is set by provider, and affects that provider only.

Thanks, that might be a good idea, even though the "Info" field by the feature already mentions it.

Martin,

I made all the indicated adjustment as and the problem persists, believes that he is something with my supplier that is incopativel with Voxalot, since if I regitro my direct supplier in the ATA (spa-2102) or pbxes functions normally, the stranger of this everything is that previously the changes in vaxalot this exactly supplying functioned correctly.

Good Martin since she does not have as to use the services of voxalot premiun would like to be reebolsado with the value of the annual signature therefore does not have interest in voxalot premiun since my bigger necessity was for registers my supplier of DID, what I must make to get the cancellation of my signature and the reversal of the paid value.

In case that it wants to try some solution my supplier that this having problem is Vono: Por que falar de outro jeito? in the site has configuraçoes that they must be used for register, but comes back to remember that previously the changes in voxalot did not have these problems.

I am thankful since already.

I just resolved my incoming problem. Here are some points you should check:

1) Dial a Sipbroker access number and then *010xxxxxx to test incoming calls.

2) Enable your voicemail, to make sure your voxalot account is working.

3) g723 does not work (no audio), g729 works.

4) All domain names should be voxalot.com, only the host or proxy can be us.voxalot.com or xx.voxalot.com.
