Can not call voipuser sip uri?

Hi,
from last week, I am not able to call my sip:xxxx@voipuser.org sip uri. I have tried sip:xxxx@sip.voipuser.org but no success. Does any body knows peer number to dial from voxalot to reach voipuser.
Actually I am frowarding my VSP registered at voxalot to voipuser account.

Voipuser are upgrading servers, may be this is also related.
Connection can't be established

Calls to SIP URIs are available from all accounts...

SIP Codes are as below, but they report as being down right now:

*431 voipuser.org
*448 sip.voipuser.org
