Betamax not working, starting today...
 

I have a premium account and I have been using poivy for quite a while and since this morning when I use my poivy account (lot freedays remaining ) I get :

"you have reached the maximum of trial calls, please buy credit..." my outgoing calls are not going through anymore..

Betamax seems to be blocking Voxalot again...

Could you Help ?

Here in Austria is all working well with Betamax clones.
Did You check Your connection using softphone/Poivy PC Interface?
Your route to "au", "eu" or "us" Server is working well to?
Check with:
tracert eu.voxalot.com

From the message you are getting it sounds like the Poivy account you are using has never been topped up, it is just in trial phase.....

Are you sure you are routing your calls through the correct Poivy account....if this was an issue with the IP getting sent you would get FUP- Fair Use Policy exceeded messages
