Is there a test number registered in e164.org

Does anyone know if there is a test number (like the echo tests) registered in e164.org that I can call and verify that

1. Voxalot actually successfully does the lookup and route the call on net for free and I can contact that number.

This would help in trouble shooting issues with enum lookup.

At the present time I am not able to verify if a lookup is successful or not.

Kindest Regards Stuart

Well you can test in dial plans, just eneter the number and press the test button -- it will tell you where the call routes.

Thanks for that Afinity.

If I had a test number to call then I could know with confidence that the call routing and all my configuration actually works.

I have confirmed using the test button on my billion dial plan that calls get routed to voxalot.com.au.

I now need to know a number that has a sip uri entry so I can call it to see if everything works and the on net call is actually made or if I get an engaged signal.

This is the final step that I have not been able to verify yet.

Thanks Stuart

When testing ENUM (e164) calling, I usually use the ENUM test number listed on this Wiki Page: http://faq.sipbroker.com/tiki-index....=Phone+Numbers

Enum lookup via voxalot on a billion 7404vgo working

DracoFelis,

Thanks very much for that. I can confirm that my system is working.

I called the number and it verified that enum lookup via voxalot is working.
I also checked my call detail records and no transaction came up as would be expected.

I did notice the line to be very scratchy though. Do you know if it actually terminates onto a pstn line? My suspision is that it does.

Thanks again.
Stuart
