all incomming Voip-calls are dead??
 
Hi,

by what ever reason since some time all incomming calls are dead?
My connection:
me - Ata - FritzBox-Router 7270 - Voxalot (305..4) - VoipDisount - world
my Voxalot Settings:
Symmetric NAT Handling. = YES
VoipDiscount-Settings:
Active* = YES
SIP Register* = YES
Optimize Audio Path* = NO

I get the Voip-call (caller->VoipDiscout->Voxalot->Ata), the phone rings, I can see the caller no. (if any) and after I have picked up the call (my ata shows me the line is open) both sides can't hear anything. A few weeks ago it wasn't that way!!
(Most of my calls I get by landline, that why I can't tell a detailed date)

On the other hand, if I call (Ata->router->Voxalot->VoipDiscount) I have absolutely no problem, eg from your call-records:
03-08 07:49:10 07:49:35 004365.........20 00:00:25
Neither calling others nor the echo test nor the mailbox has any problem.

The lat 5 incomming Voip-calls (all dead) were:
03.08.11 09:05 Galina Fon-F Internet: 305..4 0:01
03.08.11 08:44 unbekannt Fon-F Internet: 305..4 0:01
02.08.11 21:07 unbekannt Fon-F Internet: 305..4 0:01
02.08.11 20:51 unbekannt Fon-F Internet: 305..4 0:01
02.08.11 20:47 unbekannt Fon-F Internet: 305..4 0:01

Time is always Western Europe Time (GMT+2)

It should be the VoipDiscount-Connection!!
Please look into that!!

trying to solve my problems I found even more problems :(

If I set under Service Providers:
Optimize Audio Path* = YES
Now if I call the connection is established (see above, prev. post) but again both sides can't hear anything.
In this case it doesn't matter if:
Symmetric NAT Handling = YES or NO.

But if I call my self from one voxalot-no to the other voxalot-no it works either ways.

So either I can't call out via VoipDiscount or I cannot be called via VoipDiscount in both cases the number is shown, the call is established, and the calller started to pay but no sound is transmitted :(
So the problem must be the connection between voxalot and voipdiscount!!

BTW: I tried to use this entering both
305..4@voxalot.com and 305..4@eu.voxalot.com.
In both cases the webpage shows me: Call to *010600 has been initiated.
(eu.voxalot.com should be *031 600 - no?) my phone does not ring?
(My missunderstanding?)

So please look into that!
