which ports for Providers in ‘Voice Service Provider List’

I have a premium Voxalot account which supports up to 6 registrations.

I have successfully registered one my Callcentric account with Voxalot. That is I have added that Callcentric account to my Voxalot ‘Voice Service Provider List’ and set SIP register to ‘Yes’ and set ‘Port’ value to ‘5060’. It works fine as it should and I can receive incoming calls via Callcentric.

Now ( a few days later) I am trying to register yet another my Callcentric account in exact same way as above, except I set ‘Port’ value to ‘5061’. It has been already for more than an hour and not registered yet.

Callcentric’s Customer Support says that they supports port range 5060--5080

As far as Voxalot, which port number should I set? If I set the same port ‘5060’, would it interfere with the first registration?

Generally speaking, if I have, say, a few simultaneous registrations as above, can/should I set ports to 5060, 5061, 5062, etc? Or can it still be just one and the same port '5060'?

From personal experience I have had no issues having multiple VSPs register on the smae port...

I suspect that CallCentric requires 5060 as the port fo registrations...but doesn't mind using 5061+ for outgoing calls...

In any case try setting both to 5060 and report if it registered and whether you see any audio problems...
