I Cant Access To My Private Messages

I CANT ACCESS TO MY PRIVATE MESSAGES, I CHANGE MY PASSWORD, becouse I FORGOT THIS, BUT Y SET MY NEW PASSWORD THAT YOU SEND ME TO MY EMAIL (wycodreams@hotmail.com) and dont work, your system is bloked my access, please active mi acount
