Dial Out Problem

Hi I am new to Voxalot, however been using VOIP for a few years.

I have a Siemens C460 IP (same as C450 IP) and have had it configured for VOIPBuster the last few months. As I moved back to UK I wanted a UK PSTN dial-in number so registered for sipgate.co.uk. At this point wanting to access both VOIPBuster and sipgate and with the C460 IP only able to handle 1 VOIP Provider I setup a Voxalot Account.

I have the account register and can call the echo and voicemail. All my VOIP Accounts are successfully registered and can be reached via their PSTN numbers.

However I have 2 problems -
1. I cannot dial out to any PSTN # via any register VOIP service. I have a simple dial rule to test UK calling -

Provider Active
1 _0044. ${EXTEN} xxxx@voipuser.org

But all initiated VOIP calls come up as "enaged tone" and I get VOIP Status 500.

2. I can access my voicemall via 500 but it will not accept my password (even though it is correct as set in my home page).

Can someone help me sort my dial out problems?

I suppose you may need to check your dial plan.
_44. or simply _01. and _02 to try. Make sure to click your provider as voipbuster to rout out.
Try above in simple dial plan and not advanced. Let us have your feedback. Thanks.
Re- your voicemail password. proper DTMF on your ATA should resolve it.

Everything is fine with the simple dial plans.

Still having problems with voicemail access via DTMF on the C460 IP. Access is sporadic. I think it is a problem with the hanset. Dialling the 4 digit pin takes a few seconds for the phone to transmit the DTMF and by this time the voicemail registers "incorrect password".

Anyone have a C400 IP and accessing voicemail? If so send me your settings.

Thanks
