Support - Problem with account & billing

With all do respect to a great team, but how do I get a Voxalot administrator who can lookup my account and deal with a problem affecting my account and deal with a billing issue.

My posting (http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...did-calls.html) has not received a reply on how to resolve my issue after 3 days. Emoci, thanks for your reply, but I use my Voxalot account in many different place, some in which I have no access to the network firewall. (on my N95 at an Hotspot I can't forward ports ;-)

The problem seems to be on my Voxalot extension only. If I use another Voxalot extension, there is no problem.

I can't find any other URL on the Voxalot site to get support on my premium account. Can you tell me how I go about getting such.
