Differently of your experience, I have never had problem with "Optimize Audio Path" set to Yes and "Sym Nat" set to No with Vono. This makes me think that the best condition is possible with some help.

I have tried MySipSwitch also, but I prefer Voxalot no matter if it is a paid service. The service and support of Voxalot is superior. That is why I ask for help to have an answer about the reason provider registration is dropped and improve even more the service level.

did you have your registrations with vono trunk working well. i'm with the same problem with you, everytime voxalot lose the register and i cant receive call from vono trunk.

if you got this problem solved, could you please help me to do so?

Vono configuration
 
Olá Daniel.

Following is the configuration I have used for months with good stability, although in the beginning there was some problems. Also, before trying to register Voxalot with Vono finish any other current registration.

Sym Nat: No
Username: sua conta no Vono
From Domain: vono.net.br
Host: vono.net.br
Port: 5060
Active: yes
Codecs: g729;ilbc;gsm;ulaw;alaw
Sip Register: yes
Optimize Audio Path: Yes
