LINKSYS IVR COMMAND LISTING Managing your VoIP ATA via a telephone keypad If you notice an IVR command missing; please respond below, so it can added to the list! (31kb) Linksys SPA VoIP Admin Provision Guide v3.0 - 94 Page PDF: - here (2,933kb) --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Let's begin with an example: - Lift the handset of the phone connected to your ATA (or network VoIP Phone, SPA9xx's etc.), - Dial **** to initiate the IVR Menu (four asterisk's), - Wait for the 'deep' robotic voice, - Enter your "command" using the keys on the handset/phone (see below), - Press # (hash/pound) to send the command to the ATA (after entering a 3 digit command), - Wait for a response, and then key in another command/action, - Hang up once finished! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- :: CHECK THE STATUS OF A DEVICE :: Check DHCP Status, if 'enabled'/'disabled': - 100 Check Local IP Address of Device: - 110 (see 210 below, for some devices) Check Network/Subnet Mask: - 120 Check Gateway IP Address: - 130 Check MAC Address: - 140 Check Firmware Version: - 150 Check Primary DNS Server IP Address: - 160 Check Internet Web Server Port: - 170 Check Local IP Address of Device: - 210 :: CHANGING A SETTING :: Set Internet Connection Type: - 101 - Press 1 - Use DHCP - Press 2 - Use Static IP - Press 3 - Use PPPoE Set Static IP Address: - 111 - Use keypad to enter numbers - Use * (asterisk) to represent a dot or decimal point - e.g. 192*168*1*150 Set Network/Subnet Mask: - 121 - Use keypad to enter numbers - Use * (asterisk) to represent a dot or decimal point - e.g. 255*255*255*0 Set Gateway IP Address: - 131 - Use keypad to enter numbers - Use * (asterisk) to represent a dot or decimal point - e.g. 192*168*1*1 Set Primary DNS Server IP Address: - 161 - Use keypad to enter numbers - Use * (asterisk) to represent a dot or decimal point - e.g. 192*168*1*1 :: REBOOTING & FACTORY RESET THE DEVICE :: 'Enable'/'Disable' Web-Based Utility/Access: - 7932 - Use keypad to enter numbers - 1 to enable - 0 to disable Manual Reboot: - 732668 - Hang up once hearing 'Option Successful', - Useful when managing devices across a network.
