Edit: Not that it matters, but the outbound call processing is not handled by Asterisk. |
Try putting the "_xxxxxxxx" dial plan as your last priority.

Any idea as to why this worked? Seems to be a strange logic... Quote:

Glad to see you got it working.
VoXaLot uses a combination of OpenSER and Asterisk to provide the very basic call features. On top of that we have built our own call handling and management system to handle the complex processing and our system scalability. We now have over 7000 active members and are growing quite quickly, so building a scalable solution from day one was very important. As you are probably aware, Asterisk on its own does not scale very well at all. Very soon we plan to add 2 more servers to our network. Initially we will be adding another U.S server followed by a server in Europe (probably the Netherlands or Germany). Thanks. |
It appears there was a very subtle problem with dial plans. We have just deployed the fix and are interested if it has addressed your problem code-

I moved my "_xxxxxxxxxx" dial plan into the first priority and it seems to be working fine. I also moved it down one priority at a time and tested it each time. It worked everytime so Im guessing you fixed whatever the problem was. Thanks!

Great, looking forward to the europe server :D
Rearanged my dial plans and your latest fix seems to be working well, keep up the good work ;) |
