CallBack Not Supported
 
I am trying to make call from 006016xxxxxxxx to 00232xxxxxxxxx but voxalot returns error message as
"A call to '006016xxxxxxx' - '00232xxxxxxxxx' is not supported."

Even i try registering my Voxalot account with softphone and make call both countries are working (the same provider as callback)

Even '006016xxxxxxx'-'006016xxxxxxx' is working in callback with same provider. The problem is 00232xxxxx is not working with callback

Somebody please help me
