eu.voxalot.com seems not to work ..
 

Hi,

I get no answer from eu.voxalot.com.
Neither *500 nor *600 nor any other call.
Either I get a timout on my phones or "no answer".

Same here since this morning. I made the last successful call at 2.30 gmt. Hope mod will fix it soon. US or AU servers work fine. Thx

A pitty, as usual after 3 days Martin will check his voxalot email account and recognize that he needs to restart the eu voxalot server from his LeaseWeb provider. Is there no other way to notify them? I got a voxalot premium account with 11 registered (payed) accounts and other 11 single voxalot premium accounts and all running the eu server. If this issue continues i really need to find a new provider.

Is this better on the US and AU servers? I really contemplate changing to those........

still nothing new, still not working - but s.th changed, so s.o. must be there.

Yesterday, before I posted here that eu.voxalot weren't working anymore, I pressed the red Alert Button.

Now I have seen, the button disapeared :confused:, but the state for all voxalot adresses - even eu.voxalot - is shown as operational :mad:

That is not a kind of service I'd like to pay for

Third day now without service. Is this happening with the US server too?

us.voxalot is working

Yes us.voxalot is working but facing redundant. Eu server is still down but the status shows it is working fine. It is typical for the mods and voxalot support that they discover it after 3 days. I am now bound to use my Siemens A580IP for all calls. Once I cancelled the Voxalot Premium service because of such kind of problem. Problem can occur but the support is always delay to response. That is the problem. Hope the Voxalot support will wake up and fix the problem soon. Thx

This is getting annoying... Why does it take days for problems to be discovered? And this has happened a few times now. Now I feel bad I've paid... :(

As a subscriber for the past 4 or 5 years I'm getting pretty upset too. It's happening too often for me to be able to rely on the system. At least one user that I had recommended Voxalot to has given up already.

The concept is fantastic, but the current implementation is flaky. At least Voxalot's timing is impeccable; they wrote to me today advising me that my subscription is due. We'll see. . .

I think this project abundant now. There was no release or any new feature added/fixed in last 1 or 2 years. One should think before reviewing the subscription. No active support is available.

Please Martin can you advise us which server works best with a 99% uptime ? I would be glad to have a more stable service and would pay more.
