Voicemail drops out
 

This has been a long standing problem with my account. Frequently at around the 10 second mark voicemail callers cut abruptly cut off mid sentence. Is there anyway this can be resolved please, as you can imagine if the call came from an anonymous number then then the caller simply thinks you couldn't be bothered to return their call. It makes us look VERY bad.
