call disconenct after 10:30
 

when using the call back service of voxalot and two leg calls are initiated from the same account the two calls are connected to each fine without a problem but it disconnect after 10 minutes and 30 seconds.

i guess i need to repeat the same message, since our sip server send a re-invite every 10 to 11 minutes, it seems voxalot server is not accepting it so the call is dropped.

any ideas

REINVITES are currently disabled on VoXaLot. Is there a reason / requirement for them on your side?

From my reading of the SIP RFC, reinvites if ignored or not acked shouldn't result in an interuption of the call.

Are there any plans to have reinvites enabled? They are useful for Asterisk users that do not want the actual audio part of a call going through their own Asterisk servers.
