My account retrive to basic account
 

Dear Voxaot support

I have Voxalot account which is 106666, and i upgrade it to Vox Lite and I surruprised that my account retrive to basic account, and my Vox Lite set be as not active.

please resolve the problem

Your account was manually updated on the 2008-12-09 by our accounts personnel.

I'm sure this was done for good reason. I have requested additional details from them, and will advise.

Martin, with all due respect ... it is stupid to do this without ANY kind of notification. This is exactly what persuaded me I am not willing to try to resolve this (hence my request for refund and deletion of my account).
