Subscribed to a wrong account type
I'm new to VoIP, and after some reading I decided to go Premium. Just yesterday night I subscribed to Lite... and then realized that it doesn't give me 5 registrations I need, and that I had to go $25 Pro. I can't find how can I go back to fix it.
That was my "user mistake" - can it be fixed? I would really like to be able to have Pro account and not Lite + Upgrade. |
Sorry there is no way to go back. You can stick with VoxLite or use VoxUpgrade to go to VoxPro
