Linksys SPA2002 ATA

A long time ago I purchased an unlocked Linksys SPA2002 ATA.
Here are the details for this ATA:
w w w .voiplink.com/SPA_2002_p/linksys-spa-2002.htm

This ATA still works.

I am new to VoXaLot.
I would like to use this ATA with my VoXaLot account.

According to the "Setting up your Hardware for Registration" section at:
voxalot.com/action/static?task=display&itemOID=36
I should be able to configure the SPA2002 ATA.

Is there anything else that I need to do?
Any other suggestions, ideas or experiences?

Thank you.

IF you follow the instructions it should work just fine.

The first test is to dial *600 (echo test) before proceeding with the more fun parts.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Martin.

This ATA can be configured for two accounts and therefore 2 phones.

I can sign up for a 2nd Voxalot account and configure that for "Phone2".

Will that work?

And how will Voxalot know that
port 5060 is for my Phone1
and
port 5061 is for my Phone2

Test 1:
I dialed *600 (echo test) from this ATA. I can hear my own echo.
It works.

Test 2:
Then I dialed a local number from the list of PSTN access numbers and entered *010nnnnnn# and the ATA phone rings and I can answer it.
It works.

Test 3:
From a softphone on same LAN, I can dial my Voxalot ID at sip:nnnnnn@voxalot.com and the ATA phone rings and I can answer it.
It works.

So I unplugged the ATA and phone. I took them to my friend's apartment for the weekend and connected to the LAN there.

Test 1 and 3 work again. No problems.

But Test 2 does not. The ATA phone rings. I cannot hear the caller. The caller cannot hear me.
So we assume it is a firwall issue. We were able to peek at the firewall logs and noticed the following entry repeat 6 times:

from: udp 204.11.194.10 sipbroker1.telengy.net
remote port: 16540
local port: 18866

We cannot make any changes to this firewall. The internet access is provided and controlled by the apartment complex.

So can I adjust my ATA settings to make this work?
Which settings would these be? STUN server?
