voipbuster webcalldirect voip providers
 

hallo everyone:
so here is my issue:

i live in germany
my girlfriend in hungary
and my family in israel

ihave:
-one voipaccount with voipbuster and one german-DID from them
-one voipaccount with terrasip and 2 DIDs: one in israel and one in hungary
-one voipaccount with webcalldirect
-one voipaccount with jumblo
-premiumaccount with voxalot
-sipsorcery account

so here what i want:
first part:
when i recieve calls from terrasip 2 DIDs to get it at my mobile in germany through webcalldirect account! (and every income call)

second part(for me the complicated thing):
when i call the german DID(from voipbuster, connected to my voipbuster-sip) to options and shortcuts to saved numbers(if possible),
for example: through the german DID to be able to call:
israel landlines through voipbuster
israel mobile through jumblo
hungarian LL through jumblo
hungarian mob.through jumblo
german mob. through webcalldirect

maybe also
if i dial 21(for example) after i called the german DID then will be connected to 0049xxxxxxxx a defined number(as a shortcut) through one of the providers


maybe there is someone who can help may be also with ruby code for it
