Is it possible to change voxalot sip server automatically?
 

Now is 10:00 pm EST,I found voxalot.com server is down ,so I changed to eu.voxalot.com manually, It works fine.Is it possible to do this automatically when one server is down?

p.s. I use LINKS PAP2

I just pinged the US server as well as connected to it and it is fine. It is not down. Also the US cluster of servers has redundancy built in - so if one server is down, it switches to the second server.


However this is not set up to switch between US, EU and AU clusters.

I also faced the similar issue. My SPA 3102 failed to register with us.voxalot.com server. When I changed to eu server it registered properlly. At the same time when I did a ping for us server it is replying as well. So I am not sure what is happening. Again I am also facing another issue now. I have DID's forwarded to userid@us.voxalot.com server. After the above issues the calls are going directly to VM. Can anyone experienced the same? Also what could be the solution for this strange issue.

What voice mail are the calls going to? Are you sure it is reaching your Voxalot voice mail?

Yes it is going to Voxalot VM because it says you have reached the VM box of "Voxalot User ID". So I assume it is Voxalot VM only.
Also now and then the registartion is failing as well.
