Hello

I have very similar problem. I have set 2 providers, I can call from both on PSTN numbers, but with incoming are problems. I can call from PSTN to one provider but on second provider a have always busy tone. When i set this second provider directly on my hardware (VoIP Gateway AG-188), or when configure this provider on service similar to Voxalot then all is ok and I can normally call on number which I have from this provider.

I made what Martin wrote - I deactivated all dial plans and activated again - nothing changed.
Then I made:
1. I deleted all dial plans and set again - nothing changed
2. I deleted all dial plans and remove my providers, then set all again - nothing changed
3. I removed this problematic provider for one day, when I restored my configuration nothing changed.

Maybe I will mention that this problematic provider is televoice.pl


Any ideas?:confused: Many thanks in advance
