BIG RED Button (suggestion)
 

Again, I got twice the server-error messages: server does not respond,
while it is pingable.

I want to suggest to have field to enter why one presses the BIG RED Button:
Errror messages, pingable (yes - no), whhich server (eu, us, ...)

On the other hand I don't understand, why your status report suggests the (e.g.) eu.voxalot.com is ok, while I get the server answer "Server is not responding".
