Stanaphone problem to register
 

Hi,

I have been using stanaphone for a long time. But sometimes, my status, under provider list, shows that the stanaphone account registration failed. I then set the REGISTER to NO and then again to YES. After a while it works again as usual. But sometimes it may take several hours to be registered. In that period if I try to use the stanaphone account with X-Lite or some other softphones, stanaphone works without any problem.

It seems the problem is between voxalot and stanaphone. Could you please check if the stanaphone is blocking the registration from voxalot?

Furthermore, I cant make any outgoing call using stanaphone if the account is not registered.
