Call Forwarding Time

Hello All!
Prompt, in what format to specify time for Call Forwarding: GMT or local time (setup in Member Details->Timezone)?
And thus transition to summertime automatic?

It is in the local time zone as defined in the Member Details. We do not handle daylight savings so it is up to the member to select the correct GMT offset.
