Please help me with my Sipura
 
I have my Voxalot Premiun account in my SIPURA 3000. I have a problem. When I make a call every thing is fine . But when I received a call I can´t hear the other side and the other side does not hear me .


Sorry my english but here in Brazil we speak portuguese:) , but I´m trying...Please help me.

It could be a NAT problem. Check that your router is allowing traffic (better yet, see if your SIPURA can find its external IP)....

Thank you for your answer emoci . I did see the tutorial . I did step by step and nothing...My wireless routing is allowing the traffic. I don´t know how to see if my Sipura can find its external IP. How can I do this ? Can you help me ?

You may set "Symmetric NAT Handling" field to "yes" on the Member Details Page,so you need not consider how to configure your ATA to traverse NAT(your router).

Thank you for your help hust , I have "Symmetric NAT Handling" field to "yes"
on the Member Details Page. My Sipura is NAT Mapping Enable: yes, NAT Keep Alive Enable: yes . And I have the problem.

Yes. It is enabled , stun.xten.com

My Sipura is working fine with other provider, but it is not fine with Voxalot. I really don´t know why ?

Could you tell us by which method the caller call your ATA resulting in no voice?
by Sipbroker access number? or by others?

Ok... I just have the problem when I received a call . Any call , by sipbroker, by other voxalot user, anyway, any calls. When I make calls It is working fine.
