Please help me with my Sipura
I have my Voxalot Premiun account in my SIPURA 3000. I have a problem. When I make a call every thing is fine . But when I received a call I can´t hear the other side and the other side does not hear me .

It could be a NAT problem. Check that your router is allowing traffic (better yet, see if your SIPURA can find its external IP)....

Ok... I just have the problem when I received a call . Any call , by sipbroker, by other voxalot user, anyway, any calls. When I make calls It is working fine.
