Grandstream HT-503 unable to register
 
Hello,

I'm using a Grandstream HT-503 ATA device. Today, I realized that I have missed renewal of my Voxalot account and renewed it; bur after that my ATA is not capable of registering to Voxalot again. I have redefined FXS port a couple of times. It seems HT-503 has got the latest firmware (thanks to Grandstream for such a bad support and documentation of their products :mad:).

Currently, Voxalot reports that it has registered to my voice service operator (SMSListo of Betamax) and my dialplan is bound to that account. However HT-503 refuses to register into that account via eu.voxalot.com.

Any ideas appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Disconnect your ATA and check your voxalot account with the softphone.

Dear Green,

Thank you for your reply. This was something that I have done at the first step in order to be sure that I did not have a connection problem.

Problem solved
 
I have got it runing because I forgot to enter Authenticate ID field after I have reset my system.

I would like to advice to Voxalot to anounce to register when a users' account expires. The first reason I have reset the device was because it seemed not working and I did not know my account has expired.
