Problem to register x-lite SIP account
 

Hi all! I'm Voxalot newbie.
I regitered a Voxalot number a couple of days ago and installed X-lite softphone. I'm trying to register a x-lite SIP account... but I'm receiving an error message:
Registration error: 401 - Unauthorized.

My settings where as follows:
Dysplay name: my Voxalot number.
User name: my Voxalot number.
Authorization user name: my Voxalot number.
Domain: us.voxalot.com
Proxy: us.voxalot.com

Could it be my local network connection problem (like firewalls, routers, etc.), or is it because of my location in Eastern Europe?

This can be anything you want, it doesn't need to be your member id.


Take this out. Change that option to "Target Domain". Does that fix it?
