Missing last 3 digits of CID number
 

I live in england - my DECT phone (NTL VS2000) is connected to my SPA 3102 with SIPGATE setup as the provider on LINE1 and VOXalot set on PSTN tab. Strangely, all the incoming calls to my DECT phone loses the last 3 digits of the CID number.

For example, 01865 444 333 will be displayed as 01865 444. Before I started using VOXalot the numbers displayed OK.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? My VoXalot ID is 451998
