Close account?

Hi,

How do I close my Voxalot account? I would like to close the service as lately it has become far too unreliable for my needs.

Do I get a refund on the remaining subscription?

According to ozvoipstatus, Voxalot has an uptime of 99.11%, which, though not perfect, is not too bad, IMHO.

I would like to know how to close my account too. I just paid today, but now I see that Voxalot is not going to work the way I thought it would. It is my mistake for not understanding the Voxalot features before I signed up. I would like to cancel and get a refund. Thanks

Yes, but when it is down, it goes down for far too long. This year especially has been disappointing.

Really, what e-mail address? It seems there is only one person that works for Voxalot and he comes by once a week if we're lucky... Wish there WAS a way to contact someone @ Voxalot
