Web Callback - Preferred server?
 

Hi I was wondering if the preferred server setting in my account details will make any impact on web callback calls?

I am currently in Germany and have nothing registered with voxalot, but am using the web callback feature.

I have voxalot.com.au selected and am experiencing lengthy delays during (nearly) all calls (1-2sec ) - is there anything I can try to optimise?

I have tried multiple providers, and currently have most success using koala for both legs (astratel provide great rates for the german leg, but most often calls are unacceptable when coupled with koala for the Oz leg).

At the moment web callback only uses the U.S. server. It is the intent to use the preferred server at some stage in the future.

Martin, do you plan to setup new VoXaLot server in Europe?

Yes we do. We plan to setup a worldwide network of "premium" servers.
