Blueface.ie Calls going to VoxMail

Recently whenever anybody calls my blueface phone number (DiD) in Ireland, my calls are going directly to my voxalot voice mail. If I dial any of the other number registered with voxalot my home phone rings.

Blueface is registered in Voxalot. Nothing in my configuration has changed in at least the last 78 days. Which is when my ata was last robooted.

I've rebooted the ATA just incase but still not working.

Are you certain the calls are going to Voxalot voicemail and not Blueface voicemail?
Since both services are using Asterisk software, the voicemail system sounds very similar.
It almost seems like your registration in Voxalot is failing, and the calls going to Blueface voicemail.
Try leaving a message and check which voicemail to email service is being activated.

100% certain.

1) My VM on blueface is not enabled
2) If I leave a message I get the greeting I set in Voxalot
3) If I leave a message it is emailed from Voxalot.

This is very similar to what I just experienced and reported in a separate thread. For some reason Voxalot answers with All Busy, so call goes to VM.
For my Voxalot account the problem existed for about a couple of hours and I just could make a successful call...

I noticed last night after reading your post that my Blueface registration was also failing, but was fine this morning. Since everything else was fine, I suspect that the problem was not a Voxalot issue in this case.

So is your blueface DiD working through voxalot?

In The Blueface PBX config it says my connection is up and also in voxalot it says registered. Still going to Voxalot Voicemail

Try to reboot/restart/disconnect-reconnect your client registered with Voxalot.
Yesterday after I had a couple of hours when Voxalot was only replying “busy”, my ATA went crazy – its other line registered with another provider replied busy as well.
Well, disconnecting it from power helped.
I’m not sure, but there might be something about hung socket connection, or some state variable that made parties to think they’re busy…

It's not my ATA. I have 3 DiDs (PennyTel, Orb and Blueface) registered with Voxalot to the same account. If I call any of the other numbers, the calls are past through to the ATA and ring my phone. It only affects calls being made to the Blueface number.

I also rebooted by ATA and Router just to be sure and it's still the same.

I can confirm that my Blueface DID is registered in Voxalot and working correctly.
Calls ring through without going to voicemail, and on pickup, 2 way conversation is established.
I did contact Blueface support, and I was told there was an issue 2 days ago at approximately 3AM GMT.

OK, so I managed to fix this issue. However given that my ATA hadn't been changed in 70+ days and I hadn't changed my Voxalot settings I found it strange.

My solution was to

Set "Symmetric NAT Handling" to "Yes" and set "Optimize Audio Path" for each service provider to "No".

Wait 10 minutes, make a test call and my blueface DiD started working.

I then reset Symmetric NAT Handling" to "No" and "Optimize Audio Path" for each service provider to the values I had previously. (blueface was set to "Yes"

I test and it works, test again 1 hour later and it still works.

This just seemed very strange, given I hadn't changed my setup in over 70+ days and it ONLY affted my Blueface DiD and not my others.
