Voxalot account to voxalot account
 
I'm just wondering if there are any known issues with a voxalot account user calling another voxalot account user. It seems that if I call my MNF DID (which uses voxalot) from another MNF account (also uses a seperate voxalot account) all I get is a female American voice that says "We're sorry the number you have called could not be connected"?

Does the second VoXalot acct. have a dial plan in place with which to call DIDs?

That message means one of two things:
1. VoXalot does not have a dial plan to handle that call
2. Your ATA is not passing the number you are dialing correctly to VoXalot for dialing
