Problem with Gizmo5
 
Hi Martin,

I have a problem with gizmo5. I was registered some time ago but now only shows Auth. Sent. I tried to change the password (both in voxalot and gizmo) but didn't help. What am I missing ?

Regardless of the Auth Sent, have you tried whether you canin fact receive calls or not?

Hello, thanks for your answer.
Unfortnately, I can't receive any calls from my voip-in number.
I don't understand why it is still auth.sent.

Any idea ?

Auth Sent usually means the provider credentials are incorrect.
