Help with SIP-URI forward

Hi All,

I am using Sipura-2002 with vbuzzer on Line1 and voxalot on Line2. I want to forward all my vbuzzer incoming calls to voxalot, so I can use Line1 to dial out and line2 to receive calls.

First I go to the Line 2 tab and make sure that the option 'Cfwd All Serv:' has Yes beside it; Then I go to the User 2 tab and for the option 'Cfwd All Dest:', type 777771@voxalot.com:5061.

When I try to call my vbuzzer DID, the phone that connected to line2 only rings once then goes to voxalot voicemail, so I don't have enough time to pick up the phone call.

Is there any way other than register vbuzzer in voxalot to make my line2 ring like 5 or 6 times before it goes to voicemail?

Any opinions will be appreciated.

Thanks Kurun, I've checked that link, but couldn't find solutions. Besides, I don't want to register Vbuzzer account in voxalot.

If I pick up the phone from line2 at the first ring, then I can receive the Vbuzzer DID call without any problem. Which means I can do it just in my SPA-2002. I just want to make my line2 ring more times.

Any idea? Thanks again.

Today I tried to call the Toronto sipbroker PSTN gateway 416-548-4739 from my cell, then typed in my voxalot number *010777771, my phone ringed once then went to my voicemail "The person's extentaion 777771 is unavailable". It turns out there is something wrong with the voxalot system and has nothing to do with my SPA2002. Also I tried to login my voicemail by type in 500 from Line2, I failed because it kept saying "login incorrect". I am pretty sure I have typed in the correct password.

Martin, please look into it, thanks.
